Appointed unanimously to the OMWD Board in 2025, Ebin Lanfried combines over two decades of executive leadership experience with a deep understanding of the unique needs of Division 1, including wildfire preparedness, water reliability, and environmental stewardship.
Division 1 utilizes every major service provided by OMWD... potable water, wastewater treatment, recycled water, and the Elfin Forest Recreational Reserve.
